This notice –(a) provides for the exemption, subject to specified conditions, of certain vehicles and combinations from the operation of specified provisions of the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Operations) Regulations 2014 ; and(b) replaces the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Operations) Notice 2019 .
