These regulations amend the Taxi Industry Regulations 2018 by –(a) updating certain provisions to allow for remote electronic updates to be made to taximeters, and notifications to be given in relation those updates; and(b) rescinding certain amendment instruments, the contents of which have been incorporated into the principal regulations.
