EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) prescribe the procedure to be followed at meetings of the tender committee appointed to assess tenders for a fresh valuation for a valuation district; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Valuation of Land (Tender Committee) Regulations 2012 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
