Nature Conservation (Deer Farming) Regulations 2022

These regulations are administered in the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations prescribe, for the purposes of the Nature Conservation Act 2002 –

(a) the process of obtaining and renewing a deer farm licence; and

(b) the requirements in respect of the operation of a deer farm under that Act; and

(c) other matters relating to deer farms and farm deer.
