This proclamation fixes 1 July 2022 as the date on and after which fresh valuations, under the Valuation of Land Act 2001, come into force for the municipal areas of Central Highlands, Devonport, Hobart, Huon Valley, Kentish, Kingborough, Latrobe, Southern Midlands, West Coast and West Tamar.
