These regulations –(a) prescribe fees payable under the Fishing (Licence Ownership and Interest) Registration Act 2001 ; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Fishing (Licence Ownership and Interest) Registration (Fees) Regulations 2012 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992.
