These regulations amend the Property Agents and Land Transactions Regulations 2017 to –(a) rescind a provision, prescribing certain qualifications for certain licences, which is no longer required consequent on certain changes made to the Property Agents and Land Transactions Act 2016 ; and(b) update certain licence, and renewal, fees.
