EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) specify –(i) certain offences under the Public Health Act 1997 as offences for which an infringement notice may be served; and(ii) the penalty payable under such an infringement notice; and(b) are made consequent on the repeal of the Public Health (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2012 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992.
