These regulations –(a) declare certain laws of other jurisdictions to be corresponding laws for the purposes of the Police Powers (Surveillance Devices) Act 2006; and(b) rescind the Police Powers (Surveillance Devices) (Corresponding Laws) Regulations 2010.
