EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) prescribe fees that are payable under the Teachers Registration Act 2000 ; and(b) prescribe under section 26A of that Act the relevant authorities, and classes of relevant authorities, to whom information, in relation to persons who are or were registered teachers or holders of a limited authority, may be provided by the Board; and(c) prescribe certain purposes, in addition to the purposes specified in section 26A(1) of that Act, for which the information may be so provided; and(d) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Teachers Registration Regulations 2011 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992.
