This notice declares, for the purposes of the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) Act 2016 , certain areas of land to be a strategic infrastructure corridor and names that corridor the “Derwent Valley Corridor from Third Avenue to Back River Road”.
