EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations amend the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2021 by specifying –

(a) the method of calculating the fire levy component of certain motor vehicle registration payments if a registration period is other than 12 months; and

(b) the administrative fee payable in relation to certain motor vehicle registration payments if a registration period is other than 12 months.
