This proclamation –(a) fixes 1 March 2021 as the day on which the provisions of the Cat Management Amendment Act 2020 , other than sections 9 , 10 , 11 , 12 , 13 , 21 , 22 and 23 , commence; and(b) fixes 1 March 2022 as the day on which sections 9 , 10 , 11 , 12 , 13 , 21 , 22 and 23 of that Act commence.
