EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations amend the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Regulations 2014 by –(a) providing for the incorporation of matters relating to the National Disability Insurance Scheme of the Commonwealth; and(b) updating the list of infringement notice penalties in Schedule 2; and(c) making other minor miscellaneous amendments consequential on the commencement of the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Amendment Act 2019.
