This order, for the purposes of the Water Management Act 1999 and the Irrigation Clauses Act 1973 –(a) appoints, defines and names the Lake River Irrigation District and the River Ouse Irrigation District; and(b) specifies the water allocation entitlements for the entitlement holders, and the Lawrenny Water Trust, in those irrigation districts.
