EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the proclamation)
This proclamation –(a) declares portions of certain roads (known as Prossers Developmental Road) as a subsidiary road, with the classification of developmental road; and(b) declares that a portion of Lilydale Road ceases to be a subsidiary road; and(c) consequentially amends an earlier proclamation (S.R. 1970, No. 67) in respect of the description and length of Lilydale Main Road and inserts into that proclamation an item relating to the new subsidiary road known as Prossers Developmental Road; and(d) revokes all, or part of, certain proclamations in respect of Lilydale Road.
