EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation)

This proclamation, for the purposes of section 7 of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935  –

(a) declares portions of certain roads (together known as the Bathurst/Wellington Couplet) to be a single subsidiary road, that is classified as a main road; and

(b) consequentially amends an earlier proclamation (S.R. 1970, No. 67).
