This proclamation fixes 1 January 2020 as the day on which certain provisions of the Biosecurity Act 2019 relating to the following matters commence:(a) biosecurity registration, biosecurity zones, biosecurity programs and agreements;(b) the establishment of the Biosecurity Advisory Committee;(c) general provisions relating to interpretation, legal proceedings and other miscellaneous matters under the Act.
