EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations, made under the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 1999  –

(a) prescribe members of the classes of persons to whom a certificate may be issued; and

(b) prescribe certain fees and the ability for the fee for certain services to be negotiated with the Registrar; and

(c) rescind the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Regulations 2010.
