EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations, which are made consequentially on the repeal of the Architects Regulations 2008 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992, provide for –(a) the election of members of the Board of Architects of Tasmania; and(b) proceedings of that Board; and(c) the duties of the Registrar of that Board; and(d) the registration process for an architect and associated registration fees.
