EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) prescribe a form for the purposes of section 89(1)(a) of the Sentencing Act 1997 ; and(b) prescribe the cost of a warrant of commitment and the amount of a prescribed unit for the purposes of that Act; and(c) rescind the Sentencing Regulations 2008 and the Sentencing Amendment Regulations 2009.
