This order –(a) amalgamates the Agency, called the Tasmanian Health Service, with the Department of Health and Human Services; and(b) establishes the Department of Communities Tasmania; and(c) amalgamates, with the Department of Communities Tasmania, parts of the Department of Health and Human Services and parts of the Department of Premier and Cabinet; and(d) renames, as the Department of Health, the Department of Health and Human Services.
