EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations -(a) prescribe the fees payable under the Neighbourhood Disputes About Plants Act 2017 ; and(b) prescribe the maximum amount payable for severing and removing branches if a branch removal notice is not complied with; and(c) provide that a notice for the purposes of that Act is to be in a form approved by the Registrar or the Secretary.
