EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) for the purposes of section 6(2) of that Act, amend the list of interstate DVOs specified in subsection (1) of that section, by omitting certain orders from that list and adding certain new orders to that list; and(b) for the purposes of section 7(2) of that Act, amend the list of registered foreign orders specified in subsection (1) of that section, by omitting certain foreign orders from that list and adding certain new foreign orders to that list.
