These Rules of Court –(a) regulate procedures in the Supreme Court in relation to non-contentious applications for grants of letters of administration or grants of probate under the Administration and Probate Act 1935 ; and(b) repeal Schedule III of that Act and revoke the Probate Rules 1936.
