EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations –(a) prescribe requirements for the keeping, maintenance, auditing and inspection of trust account records; and(b) prescribe requirements for the investment of trust money; and(c) prescribe qualifications for certain persons; and(d) prescribe fees payable under the Property Agents and Land Transactions Act 2016 ; and(e) prescribe infringement notice offences and the penalties for those offences; and(f) rescind the Property Agents and Land Transactions Regulations 2016 .
