This notice –(a) provides for the exemption, subject to conditions, of certain vehicles and combinations from the operation of certain provisions of the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Operations) Regulations 2014 ; and(b) replaces the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Operations) Notice 2013 and the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Operations) (Exemption) Notice 2015 .
