These regulations amend the Dangerous Goods (Road and Rail Transport) Regulations 2010 –(a) in relation to the transportation of explosives; and(b) to reflect changes made to the National Transport Commission (Mode Legislation – Transport of Dangerous Goods by Road or Rail) Regulations; and(c) to make other minor amendments.
