EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations amend the Liquor Licensing (Fees) Regulations 2015 by –

(a) prescribing the fees payable for –

(i) applications to vary conditions on liquor licences or liquor permits; and

(ii) small producer's permit applications; and

(b) revising the fees payable for out-of-hours permit applications.
