This proclamation fixes 17 August 2016 as the day on which sections 7, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31, 34, 39, 46, 56, 58, 59 and 62 of the Firearms (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2015 commence.
