Proclamation under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation)

(a) amends parts of an earlier proclamation; and

(b) declares that the Buckland and Cranbrook deviations on the Tasman Highway cease to be limited access roads, and the places of access to those limited access roads cease to be places of access, for the purposes of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935 .
