This proclamation fixes 1 July 2016 as the day on which sections 5 , 6 , 9 , 12 , 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 , 20 , 21 , 25 , 26 , 27 , 28 , 29 , 30 , 33 , 34 , 35 and 43 of the Children, Young Persons and Their Families Amendment Act 2013 commence.
