EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations amend the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Regulations 2014 by –

(a) prescribing certain child-related activities and services to be regulated activities for the purposes of the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013 ; and

(b) prescribing certain other matters for the purposes of that Act.
