Proclamation under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation)

(a) amends an earlier proclamation (S.R. 1997, No.52) made under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935 by –

(i) omitting a reference to a superseded plan and substituting a reference to a new plan; and

(ii) specifying an additional place of access to the part of the Lyell Highway declared to be a limited access road; and

(b) revokes a related proclamation (S.R. 2011, No. 106).
