This order –(a) exempts certain persons who provide a needle and syringe service under the Public Health Act 1997 from the operation of section 22(1) and (2) of the Therapeutic Goods Act 2001 ; and(b) revokes the Therapeutic Goods (Exemption) Order 2011 .
