Primary Produce Safety (Meat and Poultry) Regulations 2014

These regulations are administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations prescribe, for the purposes of the Primary Produce Safety Act 2011  –

(a) the food safety scheme in respect of poultry meat, meat and meat products; and

(b) the accreditation requirements in respect of the production of poultry meat, meat and meat products; and

(c) the fees payable in respect of accreditation under the meat and poultry food safety scheme; and

(d) other miscellaneous matters in relation to poultry, meat and meat products.
