EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) prescribe infringement offences for certain provisions of the Police Offences Act 1935 , consequent on the commencement of the Police Offences Amendment Act 2014 ; and(b) combine the provisions of, and then consequentially repeal, the Police Offences Regulations 2007 , the Police Offences (Liquor) Regulations 2005 and the Police Offences (Confiscation of Vehicles) Regulations 2009 .
