EXPLANATORY NOTE

These rules amend the Fisheries (Commercial Dive) Rules 2011 by –(a) removing certain restrictions relating to the holding of a fishing licence (commercial dive); and(b) providing that the holder of a fishing licence (commercial dive) endorsed for the use of a fish cauf may place fish taken under the authority of another fishing licence (commercial dive) in his or her fish cauf in certain circumstances.
