EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the order)

(a) the matters that are required to be included in the following plans, strategies and policies required under the Local Government Act 1993 :

(i) a long-term financial management plan;

(ii) a long-term strategic asset management plan;

(iii) a financial management strategy;

(iv) an asset management strategy;

(v) an asset management policy; and

(b) the classes of assets that are to be taken to be major assets for the purposes of section 70B of that Act.
