EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations make provision for –(a) a Tasmanian Health Organisation to collect information, and provide it to the Department, for the purposes of statewide health system management and other purposes; and(b) a Tasmanian Health Organisation to assist with the travel and accommodation costs of patients, and their escorts, for the purpose of receiving health services.
