Primary Produce Safety (Seafood) Regulations 2014

These regulations are administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations prescribe, for the purposes of the Primary Produce Safety Act 2011  –

(a) the food safety scheme in respect of seafood; and

(b) the accreditation requirements in respect of the production of seafood; and

(c) other miscellaneous matters in relation to seafood.
