EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations amend the Resource Management and Planning Appeal Tribunal Regulations 2004 by  –

(a) increasing the fee for the institution of an appeal under the Resource Management and Planning Appeal Tribunal Act 1993 ; and

(b) prescribing a new fee for an application to be made a party to an appeal under that Act.
