This proclamation amends the proclamation notified in the Gazette as Statutory Rules 2001, No. 76 to remove a reference to Skills Tasmania consequent on the repeal of the Vocational Education and Training Act 1994 by the Training and Workforce Development (Repeals and Consequential Amendments) Act 2013 .
