These regulations prescribe for the purpose of the Taxi and Luxury Hire Car Industries Act 2008 –(a) the licensing, operating and equipment requirements for restricted hire vehicles; and(b) the fees payable in respect of the licensing of restricted hire vehicles and other matters; and(c) other miscellaneous matters.
