This proclamation declares that –(a) the Hayes Prison Farm ceases to be a prison for the purposes of the Corrections Act 1997 ; and(b) certain land that was part of the former Kilderry Farm Gaol ceases to be a prison for the purposes of the Corrections Act 1997 .
