EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the rule)

These Rules of Court amend the Civil Process (Table of Fees for Execution) Rules 1991 by –

(a) increasing certain fees payable for the execution of civil process; and

(b) amending the fee payable for the execution of civil process in relation to certain auctions.
