EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the order)
This order –(a) adopts Part 4 and Appendix C of the Uniform Standard as the Poisons List for the purposes of the Poisons Act 1971 ; and(b) amends the Uniform Standard in its application to Tasmania by –(i) adding the items listed in Appendix C of the Uniform Standard to Part 2 of Schedule 7 to the Poisons List; and(ii) adding Indian Hemp seed to the list of substances in Schedule 8 to the Poisons List.
