EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation)

This proclamation, for the purposes of the Tarkine Road Project –

(a) revokes 4 related proclamations made under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935 ; and

(b) declares certain portions of certain forest roads in the north-west of the State to be subsidiary roads and classifies them as tourist roads.
