These regulations amend the Public Health (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2008 by –(a) prescribing certain offences under the Public Health Act 1997 as offences for which infringement notices may be issued; and(b) prescribing the penalties for those infringement notice offences; and(c) updating certain legislative references.
