EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations amend the Water Management Regulations 2009 by –(a) revising the fee rebate provisions with the result that an administrative fee rebate is available to all licensees under the Water Management Act 1999 and not merely eligible pensioners; and(b) omitting a redundant fee; and(c) revising the annual fees that Regional Corporations are to pay for water allocations.
